What Are Bronco Bucks?
Your BroncoCard is the key to cashless purchases on campus. Bronco Bucks is a prepaid debit plan which can be used at:
- Any food service location on campus
- The Bookstore
- Parking and Safety
- University Housing laundry facilities
- The Testing Center
- The REC desk
- Games Center
Students, faculty, and staff may purchase Bronco Bucks with a valid BroncoCard.

How Do I Open a Bronco Bucks Account?
Open your account and deposit money into it through Payments & Disbursements (Rm 101 in the Administration building), at the Info Desk in the Student Union, or deposit money online. This can be done in person using check, cash or credit card, or by calling 426-1212 or 426-4636 with a major credit card.
Immediately upon receipt of a deposit, you may present your BroncoCard at any food service location on campus and your purchase will automatically be subtracted from your Bronco Bucks debit account. Your remaining balance will be displayed after each transaction so you will always know the amount you have available. The funds in your account automatically rollover from one semester to the next; you may at any time request the balance be refunded & mailed to your address of record. A minimum balance of $10 must be available to receive a refund.
